The General Terms below are the full legal terms that serve to protect you and make clear the refund policy that will apply to all users of the WBT service.

WBT uses a wallet system to hold your deposited funds. In order to join paid tournaments you are required to hold the required amount in your wallet. You are entitled to a refund, if your funds are untouched this can / will on most occasions be refunded via the payment method. Tournament winnings can be withdrawn via PayPal only. We will endeavour to add further withdrawal methods in the future.

1. Deposits & Withdrawals
1. To participate in any real-money games available via the Services, you must deposit monies into your Account.
2. WBT uses Pound Sterling GBP (£), customers will be required to deposit in Pound Sterling GBP (£), the exchange rate will be set and done by our payment provider Trust Payment Limited. WBT receives no fees or commission for this.
1. As required by our anti-money laundering obligations and/or as part of our policy with regard to the source of funds placed on deposit, we reserve the right to raise queries regarding the source of any funds placed on deposit. WBT may, acting reasonably, suspend or terminate any Account where the response to such query/queries is not in its view satisfactory and/or may pass on such information as it deems necessary to any relevant authority.
2. Please note that minimum and maximum Account deposits apply, as will be indicated to you where relevant. Interest is not payable on Account balances. Credit is not permitted. It is your responsibility to maintain sufficient funds in your Account in order to use WBT services.. We reserve the right to void any game entry which may be inadvertently accepted if your Account does not have sufficient funds to cover the whole of the entry fee and/or to recover the amount of any shortfall. WBT is not a financial institution and no interest is payable on deposits.
3. Funds may be withdrawn from your Account provided that:
1. All payments made into your Account have been confirmed as cleared and have not been charged-back, reversed or otherwise cancelled;
2. The first and only current withdrawal method for WBT will be PayPal. We will only send funds back to the registered and verified email address on your WBT account. Please ensure that this email address is associated with your PayPal account, if it is not please add it to your PayPal account. WBT will endeavour to make the withdrawal payment to your PayPal within 7 days of withdrawal.
3. Any identity checks we are required to conduct pursuant to applicable anti-money laundering regulations and rules or other obligations are clear. To this end we reserve the right to seek such other information as we might require in order to confirm your identity and compliance with these Terms of Use and any other applicable rules, laws or regulations. Please also note that additional verifications may be required in connection with certain services which may cause an additional delay when withdrawing funds; and
4. You have complied with the rest of these Terms of Use.
5. You accept that all transactions may be checked to prevent money laundering and that any transactions made by you which WBT deems suspicious, may be reported to the appropriate authorities. WBT can decline and/or reverse the withdrawal of unspent or otherwise unused deposits until the verification of these funds is deemed satisfactory.
6. For all customers identity verification is triggered upon the customer withdrawing for the first time. Verification is done via our biometric verifican partner APLYiD and will only happen once, in order to give your account verified status.
4. We do not charge you for deposits or withdrawals although you should check with your bank and/or other payment service provider as to whether they will levy any such charges.
5. Please note that you (and not WBT) are responsible for reporting or declaring any funds withdrawn, including any winnings, if such reporting is required by local law, tax or other authorities.
6. Any changes to your personal/card details must be advised to us as soon as possible, as failure to do so may result in your deposit being declined by your bank.
7. As well as informing your bank, please inform us as soon as is possible should your bank card be lost or stolen.
8. If you or your bank advise us that your card has been lost or stolen, no further deposits will be accepted on your Account until you contact us with further instructions.
9. While we shall take all reasonable steps to avoid mistakes, outside of where we are negligent, WBT cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in respect of withdrawal of funds or lodgements to Accounts. Should funds be debited or credited incorrectly, it is the customer's responsibility to notify WBT without delay, and we shall endeavour to rectify such errors
10. On making a deposit to your account, WBT may use your details to verify your identity as required pursuant to applicable anti-money laundering rules and regulations and/or other obligations, policies or procedures. Further, documentation may be required to verify your identity. Funds deposited from debit or credit cards will be credited to your WBT Account as soon as possible on receipt of an authorisation from your bank via our payment partner Trust Payments. It is your obligation to ensure that you keep these funds in your debit or credit card account until your bank deducts them.
2. Joining & Leaving Tournaments.
1. Customers can only sign-up to a tournament at the amount held within their Account balance. Only one player per team can do the initial sign-up and pay, that same player will receive any tournament winnings to their balance. We endeavour to add future methods so the individual team members can pay the joining fee and receive winnings
2. You agree to pay us for all tournament entries that are placed with us using your Account.
3. Please familiarise yourself with tournament and gaming terminology and how the various tournaments and game modes are operated. If you have any queries relating to the foregoing, please contact us. WBT cannot accept any responsibility if you enter a tournament in circumstances where you do not fully understand any of the terms involved or how the tournament is operated.
4. If you sign-up for a tournament and do not generate a score, WBT will class this as a no show and refund the full entry fee to your WBT wallet as WBT coins. WBT will continue to monitor the no show % 's and reserves the right to change this policy in the future. If you withdraw your entry before the tournament starts (or finishes for Flexi-start tournaments) WBT will refund the tournament entry back to your WBT wallet cash balance.
5. If you sign-up for either
   1. A flexi-start tournament and do not press start
   2. A fixed time tournament and do not generate a score
   WBT will class this as a no show and will refund the full entry fee to your WBT wallet as WBT coins. WBT will continue to monitor the no show %'s and reserves the right to change this policy in the future. If you withdraw your entry before the tournament starts (or finishes for flexi-start tournaments) WBT will refund the tournament entry back to your WBT wallet cash balance.
6. Guaranteed prizes and other special offers or promotions are available at the discretion of WBT and can be restricted on an individual Account basis at any time.
7. WBT is not responsible for any taxes that may be payable by you whether on any tournament entries, on any winnings or otherwise.
8. WBT can void any or all tournament entries made by, any group of people acting in conjunction with each other, or any individual acting alone, in an attempt to defraud WBT.
9. WBT may, at its sole discretion and without any requirement to give reasons, exclude any customer from the Services generally or from receiving selected promotions and any other promotions and offers introduced by us from time to time.
10. In the event of there being a dispute over the time at which a tournament entry was or tournament start time was then the time at which it was recorded (if recorded) on the transactional log will govern settlement. If an attempted entry or start was not recorded on the transactional log, no entry or start shall be deemed to have been placed. You should check your Account balance each time you visit the Websites.
3. Wbt Coins
1. WBT Coins are not real currency. They are not withdrawable and hold no actual cash value, however for WBT platform purposes they are the equivalent to Great British Pounds (1 WBT coin = £1). WBT Coins are promotional credits given under various circumstances including but not limited to;
   • helping with a beta test
   • prizes for tournament winnings (prizes will be advertised as WBT coins)
   • refunds for tournament entry not used
   WBT Coins only use is to enter WBT Tournaments at www.wbg.gg. WBT reserves the right to change the value of coins, to withdraw coins or to add an expiry date to coins.
4. Winnings & Payment
1. All cleared winnings will be credited to the customer's Account cash balance or WBT Coin balance (depending on what the prizes are). Cash balances are then withdrawable as per the terms above.
2. Results will be as published and confirmed by WBT within 24 hours of a tournament finish time. When a tournament finishes the tournament league table will continue to update for at least 1 hour after the tournament, allowing for the collection of more data. WBT allows for a 15 hour 'dispute' window in order for any teams to raise a dispute in regards to the final results. Once this dispute window has closed there is a further 9 hour window (for WBT to investigate any disputes) and the result to become confirmed. At this point any prize winnings will be transferred to the relevant WBT wallets.
3. Any queries or disputes relating to a tournament must be raised no later than 15 hours after the tournament end date and time. WBT cannot guarantee that we will be able to respond to your query if it is not raised within this time as the result will have been confirmed and winnings processed.
4. Subject to any objections from you, We may use your username and/or first name and/or initials and region and any winnings you may have had for advertising or promotional purposes on our website or social media channel without additional compensation. 5. Charge-backs & Cancellation
1. You hereby agree, warrant and represent that no charge-backs or other cancelation of deposits will be made relating to your Account without our consent. In the event of any of the foregoing occurring, you agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless against any costs, claims, damages and expenses arising in connection therewith and to refund and compensate us for any losses we would otherwise incur arising from such actions including any expenses incurred by us in the process of recovering such amounts.
2. Cancellation - We may restrict your access to wbt.gg, suspend or terminate your account, withdraw your tournament entries in our absolute discretion without cause at any time including if:
   • there is a technological failure;
   • we suspect that you are engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity;
   • we suspect that you have (or may have) breached any part of this Agreement;
   • we suspect you are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of our business or which may result in legal liability for you, us or third parties;
   • we suspect that your account's usage could represent 'business usage' ('business usage' includes any use by an individual or organisation supplying data or services to a another organisation);
   • we suspect that you may be having difficulties obtaining credit;
   • we have the right to do so as set out in any of our other policies;
   In relation to any cancelled or void tournament entries, we reserve the right to hold any money in your account relating to these tournament entries to be paid to us or, if there are insufficient funds in your account, demand that you pay us the relevant outstanding amount relating to these tournament entries.
6. Fraud
1. WBT can seek criminal or other sanctions against you if we suspect you have engaged in fraudulent, dishonest or criminal acts and we will disclose such information to the relevant authorities or other relevant third parties (for example, payment service providers) as may be necessary in this regard.
2. WBT can suspend or terminate any Account it believes to be involved in fraud, money laundering and/or any other form of illegal or suspicious activities and to report such details as it reasonably considers are necessary to relevant authorities.
3. You undertake that all money that you deposit in your account is untainted with any illegality and, in particular, does not originate from any illegal activity or source.
